What are the operational hours of Registry Showroom?
Registry Showroom opens Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM, while on Saturday from 9 AM - 3 PM.

What is the return or exchange policy?
There are no exchanges or returns allowed without written authorization from Registry.
What is Registry refund policy?
In situation that refund for purchased goods is approved by our management, all refunds will only be in form of Store Credit. You can use store credit to purchase other available accessories or furniture products.
Does the Registry offer delivery services out of Surabaya or Sidoarjo?
Yes, we are pleased to provide delivery for our customers anywhere. Our sales associate will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule.
Does the Registry offer interior design services?
No. However, we are pleased to introduce you to some of the interior designers we have worked with.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payment by Bank transfer and also Cash in Indonesian Rupiah.
How much is required for a deposit upon ordering?
Full Payment is required for all Stock Items before delivery, and 50% Deposit is required for all Indent items
How long is the wait time for indent products?
Depending on the Brands Indent Goods can arrive between 4-7 months.
Is there a fee for installing the furniture upon delivery?
All deliveries to the Jabodetabek area are free of charge. xxx
